All Daevas Design products are on demand and produced based on orders. When we receive an order, the production process will start.
We offer secure online ordering through PayPal and we accept major credit cards. You don't need to have a Paypal account to buy at our shop. No credit card fees are charged by us. Please note that it is not possible for us to charge a higher amount than the one approved by you
Since all of the products are handmade and unique pieces, they can be slightly different from the one in the pictures. No two item of the same product are exactly alike. This specially applies to The Other Half series and Mei
An email will be sent after you complete the order through the website to confirm the purchase with the delivery details.
We ship worldwide. Once received your order we will start the production process. Within 4 weeks we will ship your order. You will receive an email with the tracking details.
All Daevas Design products are on demand and produced based on orders. We start the production of your order after we have received your purchase. It takes about 3-4 weeks to deliver the products you ordered.
We ship our product with DHL Express. It will take 2-3 days if you order from Europe, and 3 to 5 days for other countries, included USA, Canada and Australia. All orders are shipped by trackable parcel. You will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number for your order.
If your delivery country charges customs or import duties - these will be charged once the package reaches the destination country, you have to pay these charges. This also applies to the purchase of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient.
Unfortunately, we have no control over customs and import charges and we cannot inform you how much they will be before you order. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
In the first place, it is our goal that all of our customers receive high quality products.
When you place an order, a handmade, one-of-a-kind piece will be made specially for you. Usually we do not refund after order is established. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you encounter any problem don't hesitate to contact us.
